Western Union launches Digital Kiosks in WHSmith

Building from strength to strength and adding to their partner profile, our role was to develop an informative, interactive and engaging awareness campaign

for the launch of new Digital Kiosks to educate, retain and acquire customers in selected WHSmith stores across UK.

 

Community Appeal:

New age customers and existing money transfer customers seeking an alternative to the traditional ‘send money’ methods

 

Our Solution:

As a new addition to the Western Union family and a new alliance, it was paramount that the right collateral and presence was implemented in store heightening the opportunity for visibility, accessibility and usage of Digital Kiosks.

  • 6-week campaign of in store promotion on key retail days with trained brand ambassadors across over 70 UK WHSmith stores

  • Implementation of scratch card activity for customer to win transactions up to the value of creating buzz and customer appeal

 

Promotional Video

  • Production of customer user experience to showcase the simplicity of new digital method of Western Union Money Transfer

 

Promotional Photo shoot

  • Creation of campaign assets for seamless branding and creative recall across campaign
